Minimal in nature and deep in soul, Essentials Vol. I, by Vinyl Cuts has arrived. The five-track EP is guaranteed to get your booty in orbit and vibe meter through the atmosphere, or your money back. The EP is now available via all streaming platforms!

Featuring original grooves from underground producers, Vinyl Cuts will transport you right to the club, when you had your drink and hands in the air. In just five tracks, Family Reunion showcases an impressive roster of artists for their house music label through rugged basslines and melodic beats.

Kicking off the EP, Universal Connection is your classic tech house track, with atmospheric synths, abstract rhythm and percussion motifs to get you going. Following second, Higher builds you up just enough in order to deliver a catchy and groovy disco drop that’ll make you shimmy. Es Spicy says it right in the name. With a subtle, yet heavy bass, the track and its elegant Spanish vocal translates to treasure you’d find dancing in the desert. Coming to a close, Red Wine is a late night piece, filled with a moving bassline in sync with deep and elegant melodies that make you feel chilled and energized at the same time. Finally, to wrap it up, Not Not Down is catchy, fun and pure. This tune is simply smooth, entrancing you into a deeper state, just in time for sunrise.

Essentials Vol. 1 is Family Reunion’s premiere EP for our house music label. Keep your eyes peeled for future releases from the collective, both on this label and their bass label, Vague.
